By offering Bar and Bat Mitzvah programs, participation in the NOAM youth movement and as well as programs for adults with disabilities, Masorti lives its Jewish values.

Children with disabilities are incredibly proud of their achievements and develop the confidence needed to fully participate in the communities in which they live–thus The Shirley Lowy Center has profound impact.

Not only do the children benefit from the programs, their families, teachers, neighbors and peers do as well. When children with disabilities participate together with typical children, it fosters awareness and understanding that benefits Israeli society as a whole.
